Pro-plan partners Ltd provided construction management services for an office building for the Headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kampala. The 7-storeyed office building was designed by Chinese Architects in conjunction with the Ugandan Ministry of Works, Housing and Communications.
It consists of a basement floor for parking and machine rooms for utility services i.e. generators, chiller, lifts, etc. The building is facilitated with modern office installations and finishes and covers an area of approx. 5000 m2.
It was valued at approx. USD 10 Million including external works.
