The residential facility on plot 19, Nambi Road Entebbe was built in 1990 at a site which was previously used by the municipality as a dumping ground. It was the first building to be built on the road following re-zoning of the area and has concrete reinforced raft foundation to mitigate the uneven ground settlement. The design took into account the beautiful view and fresh breeze by providing extended terraces and orientation of living
area as well as the bedrooms towards the lake.
Arches and spiral staircases were also adopted to create a sensation of flowing waves and a picture sque sunrise view in the horizon. Palms of various species and other landscape features have been incorporated in the mix to complement the serene atmosphere.
