Pro Plan Partners Limited won the consultancy for design of the new modern Headquarters for American Insurance Group inKampala. (Now Britam) The five storey building has an overall floor space of 1250 m2 comprising of open plan office space, private offices, meeting/conference rooms, staff restaurant and other facilities.
The building worth approx. USD 3 Million has standby electric generators, Uninterrupted PowerSupply, Air Conditioning, Fire alarm and fire fighting system and electronic security surveillance. External works comprise of extensive paving for roads andparking, drainage and boundary wall.
