The gently sloping site of just less than half an acre lies at the frontage of a family estate near Runkugiri town. Its design concept was to provide a multi-generational home with appropriate accessibility, functional service areas, open recreational and entertainment zones as well as comfortable private spaces with natural lighting, ventilation, and views.
