Design & construction supervision of Architectural & Civil works for a grain processing plant at Mbalala industrial
area in Mukono district.
The facilities included 9 large storagesilos with a total storage capacity ofapprox. 20,000 metric tonnes of grainwith machinery consisting of cleaners, destoners, graders, dust suction system dryers & overhead loading conveyors and tunneled underground offloading
conveyors.
The plant has also got a large maize meal factory. The waste from the grain plant is processed into animal feedby a feeds factory also located on the premises.
