Scope of service and works: Project Management: Development of a storied office building with some shopping facilities and 3 basement floors for parking. The facilities include Central Air-conditioning and Integrated Building Management Systems. The project practical completion date was Feb. 2012. The project cost excluding internal fit-out was approximately USD 18.8M.

Period: 2008 - 2010

Scope of service and works: The existing building was demolished and replaced with a modern residential house with accompanying modern facilities (Standby electric generator, air conditioning, lift, etc). The 3-storey building with swimming pool cost approximately $4.5m. Pro Plan Partners Ltd. provided full Project Management services including Construction supervision up to end of the Defects Liability Period.

Period: 2003 - 04

Scope of service and works: Provision of office accommodation for the Headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kampala. The 6-storeyed office building was designed by Chinese architects in conjunction with the Ministry of Works, Housing and Communications. It consists of a basement floor for parking and machine rooms for utility services i.e. generators, chiller, lifts, etc. The building is facilitated with modern office installations and finishes and covers an area of approx. 5000M². It was valued at approx. USD 5.0M including external works.

Period: 2007 - 2011

Scope of service and works: Quality assurance services for the construction of 13 post primary education institutions in Karamoja region, Uganda. The project was funded by the Irish Aid and the total works are valued at more than €10 million. The Project practical completion date was Dec.2011.

Period: 2002 - 02

Scope of service and works: The Ministry of Education with the main funding agency DFID contracted Pro-Plan Partners to provide consultancy services covering design and monitoring of construction programmes for primary school facilities for all the districts in Uganda.
